Then you know that tornadoes are coming and you need to quickly find your way to a downstairs area, or to a lower level part of your house. And hopefully you have a basement since that will be your very best choice, since tornadoes always go for your roof first. But if you don't, because you have a one level house or apartment, then you need to quickly find an area in your house that is the lowest part and take shelter from the destructive tornadoes.
" U " Is for Underneath Something.
You have to predetermine an object or an area that is very sturdy where you will be able to hide under with your loved ones. Now in the past, Government and Scientist Officials used to advise you to find a table and hide under it during a tornado, or something square. But research has shown that the strongest way to deal with strong tornadoes, is to use the " Triangle System " or the " Pyramid Shape System " as a type of shelter to hide under. Because if you look at a pyramid, it has a super strong base with all sides united heading to the pointy head, and so if objects fall on a pyramid they would just bounce off. So that means for you, you can already obtain some 2 x 4s boards and build a decent size triangle shape shelter.
